This month’s Carers’ Spotlight is a little different, as we’re shining the light on the wonderful feedback we’ve received from our clients.
A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to Sajida, Emma C, Phil, Penny, Paula, Paul, Chloe, Julia, Abeer and Aysha, who have each been personally recognised by clients for their professionalism, kindness, reliability, outstanding work ethic and for consistently going above and beyond.
There is no greater compliment than hearing directly families we support. Receiving such wonderful feedback is a true reflection of the compassion and dedication our carers show every single day and we couldn’t be prouder.
Thank you all for providing the highest standard of Nexus TLC and for making such a positive difference in the lives of our clients.
A special congratulations goes to Paula, who earlier this month celebrated an incredible 10 years of service with Nexus.
Thank you for your loyalty, commitment and everything you have contributed over the past decade. Wishing many more years of success ahead.
Finally, we’d like to give a very special mention to Julia, whose recent client feedback was truly exceptional.
Following an unexpected toileting accident, Julia not only cared for and reassured the client, cleaned and resolved the situation with kindness and dignity, but also returned in her own time with spare bedding from home so the client had a comfortable bed to sleep in while their own bedding was being washed and dried.
This was an extraordinary act of compassion and dedication that went far beyond expectations.
The client’s family were absolutely over the moon and deeply touched by Julia’s thoughtfulness and care.
Julia, thank you for embodying everything Nexus stands for and for making such a meaningful difference.
