You can sign up for 5-hour shifts which are 7am – 12pm, 8am – 1pm, or 5pm – 10pm.

If you work four weekend shifts, you are guaranteed to earn at least £240, plus mileage contributions.

What we are looking for?

  • Level 2 Health & Social Care Certificate preferred but not essential.


A mix of full time (37+ hours) and part time (16+ hours). We ideally would like all applicants to work at least a Saturday & Sunday once a month due to the nature of the business.

For carers, pay rates are £11 weekdays, £12 weekends and £12.50 when working in teams of two. For Auxiliary nurses, pay rates are £11.75 weekdays, £12.50 weekends and £12.75 when working in teams of two. Carers working full time can earn a basic starting salary of £22k rising to £30k+ with overtime. Premium pay rates and weekly pay also. Carers are paid per call completed.

From initial interview (providing references are completed on time), we aim to start working carers within 7-10 working days.

Yes, ideally our carers need to live within a 10 mile radius due to the location of the work and to factor in travel time and commuting to and from work too due to the community work we have.

No, but all carers undergo our probation period of up to 60 hours (dependant on experience) and are given shadowing to help introduce to our clients. We do take on carers with no care experience.
