What is community Care?
Our community care division provides a little extra help those that need it to achieve tasks within the community, whilst still enabling them to still live independently at home.
If you need help with the preparation of a home cooked meal, shopping, gardening, housework or transportation to attend a doctor’s appointment or visit a hospital we can help. If these are all tasks that you’d prefer to have someone with you whilst you carry them out, Nexus Care Services are here to help.
The team at Nexus acknowledge that you may only need an ad hoc carer to support you out in the local community so that you feel safer and reassured.
How does community care work?
During our initial assessment within your home, we consider which of our community carers you would be most compatible with, and those that understand you and your needs. Then we determine how much or little care you need and how often you need it.
Why choose Nexus?
All of our carers are fully trained to the highest standards and our rigorous recruitment process means only the successful applicants that meet our training, experience and reference requirements are placed – This ensures you receive the best level of home care.
