Back in the spring, we were delighted to welcome Amanda Runham to the management team.
Amanda joined us as our new Client and Staff Welfare Manager with the primary goal of making sure that our staff and clients were interacted with on a regular basis. We wanted to be sure that any issues our clients had or concerns from our workforce were dealt with promptly and professionally.
Amanda spends her week in the field travelling between all three of our locations to ensure that everyone has what they need to deliver the quality service that we promise to deliver. Amanda can be contacted at anytime during normal office hours if you have an issue that might be troubling you.
It is important to me as the owner of Nexus that our workforce is motivated understand the requirements of their role and that they have positive experiences of both their work and their employers.
In our recent staff survey, more than 70 per cent of you believed that Nexus was a good employer. While I am happy with such a great result, I think we can still do more, and Amanda is there to ensure we do just that!
