Organisational structure changes

An update from John Court, owner of Nexus Care Services

Many of you will have known Ste and Teresa Burton from some years and at the end of September they will both be leaving Nexus to begin a new chapter in their lives. Ste has been by my side for 10 years and Teresa joined us 7 years ago.

Both have been instrumental in the development and growth of Nexus and I shall be forever grateful to both of them for so many things. They leave the business with my complete support, and I wish them every success and happiness for the future.

They both leave behind a huge gap within the Nexus family, and I have used this opportunity, coupled with the need to extend our office team, finance team and HR to reorganise the internal structure of the business.

Below is the revised organisational structure of the business that will be effective from October. The new structure will enable the business to provide the support to our staff and clients in they I have outlined so far.
