• Learn the skill set – Every aspect of care work requires a specific set of skills. Be it administering medication, personal care or facilitating community interactions. You will see firsthand the diverse set of skills needed to excel in this field.
• Feel the impact – Most importantly, you will witness the immense positive impact that your work can have on someone’s life. From helping them lead a more independent lifestyle to simply providing companionship, the role of a carer is vital and rewarding.
