The Managing Director of award-winning home care provider, Nexus Care Services, has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.
Tinga was officially welcomed onto the committee at the Chamber’s Annual General Meeting, held at Sutton United Football Club, a club Nexus is also proud to sponsor.
The appointment was formally confirmed by Chamber President Gary Phelps and Vice President Shaun Cremins, alongside Charlie Elliot, who heads the Chamber across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield.
Holding the AGM at Sutton United added extra significance to the occasion, reflecting Nexus’s growing presence within the local business community and its close ties with the club.
Tinga said: “It was a real honour to be elected to the Executive Committee and to represent both Nexus Care Services and Nexus Nursing Services in this role.
“Being welcomed onto the committee at Sutton United made the occasion even more special, given our sponsorship of the club and everything it means to local people.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for us to strengthen our influence in our home town, build new partnerships and take part in discussions that support businesses across Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Lichfield and the wider Greater Birmingham area.”
As a care provider deeply rooted in the region, Nexus has built strong relationships with organisations across Birmingham, Staffordshire and the West Midlands, having regularly supported local initiatives and events.
Tinga and the firm now looks forward to contributing to the Chamber’s work over the coming months, further strengthening its ties with the local business community.
