No, but all carers undergo our probation period of up to 60 hours (dependant on experience) and are given shadowing to help introduce to our clients. We do take on carers with no care experience.
For carers, pay rates are £12 weekdays, £12.50 weekends and £12.75 when working in teams of two. Carers working full time can earn a basic starting salary of £24k rising to £30k+ with overtime. Premium pay rates and weekly pay are also available. Carers are paid per call completed.
