What is Nexus Events?

Nexus Events was born because of the many challenges we all faced throughout COVID-19 various lockdowns, and the effects that isolation has had within the community that we look after.

Focusing on our clients’ wellbeing and the need to socialise again, to meet up with old friends and to make new, to visit familiar places and venture to new destinations. Nexus Events seemed like the most obvious next step we could take to help our community and to stop isolation.

Our events will be varied and will always help focus on the wellbeing of our communities, so there will be something for everyone and all personal care needs will be accommodated for every one of our clients needs.

Current planned events include

Day trips to well-known and loved places – From the coast to more local beauty spots.
Shopping trips to your favourite shops – Marks & Spencer’s, NEXT, House of Fraser and more.
Meals out at some of the best local restaurants – lunches, dinners, afternoon tea.
Organised nights away or holidays on demand – Tell us where you would like to go and we will organise it all for you!
Accessible and safe transportation.
Friendly, trained carers on all outings to help with any of your needs
Church services on demand – Inc Christmas or Easter Service, Carol service.
