We have a long history of supporting our care team through their careers – helping them gain new skills and progress.
That is why we are delighted to celebrate two promotions within our team:
Tia – Care Coordinator
Tia, one of our fantastic carers, recently completed rota training in the office and performed exceptionally well.
Following this, she has now been offered a full-time role as a Care Coordinator.
Tia completed her first full day in the office recently and has already made a fantastic start.
Nicole – Office Administrator
Nicole has transitioned from the Care Coordinator role into Nexus Front-of-House Reception and Office Support.
Nicole has worked within the office team for some time and was keen to take on a new challenge and develop further within the organisation.
