Speaking on behalf of Nexus Care as the Registered Manager of the Year at the Excellence in Care Awards, Tinga shared his insights on quality, innovation and the importance of compassionate leadership in social care.
It was a privilege for him to stand alongside the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Councillor Zafar Iqbal MBE, in celebrating the people and organisations who continue to raise standards across the care sector.
The event, hosted at the Leonardo Royal Hotel in Birmingham, brought together professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for those who rely on care.
Tinga had a wonderful afternoon connecting with fellow providers, sharing Nexus’ vision and championing the vital work our teams deliver every day.
