“My Mum needed a care package for support after an unplanned stay in hospital. We were arranging care for the first time, and it seemed a bit of a minefield to navigate, but the team at Nexus were supportive, helpful, and responsive.
“The care was set up at short notice and was carried out with patience, turning up when they said they would every time. Sometimes they helped Mum with small household chores or making sure she took the correct meds, or was eating properly, or sometimes that she had a friendly face to combat loneliness.
