When Mum was unexpectedly discharged from hospital into a Care Home after a stroke, we needed to quickly set up a care package so she could come home. We were lucky enough to be referred to Nexus who promptly came out to discuss our requirements, a plan was put in place and Mum was able to come home, where she wanted to be. That was nearly 6 years ago!

In that time, Nexus has considerably grown as a company but the level of care continues to be of the highest standard. The office staff and carers are friendly, professional and flexible, nothing is too much trouble. During the recent bad weather, when many people had the opportunity to work from home, the carers didn’t let their client’s down and soldiered on in the snow.
