My father has moved into a home now that his dementia is severe but for 2 years he was a very happy client of Nexus. Sam was able to set things up with only a couple of days notice and although it took a while for a core team of carers to be put in place, but then it was great knowing that he was seeing the same warm faces each day and that they knew what to expect on their visit.
Twists and turns were taken in their stride – from adding extra visits at short notice for medical needs, accompanying for medical appointments etc.
Information was always shared with the family and ideas given where needed.
I couldn’t recommend Sam and his team at nexus more highly.
