It's been a busy and rewarding few weeks here at Nexus Care Services and we're pleased to share some of our latest news with you.
We begin by celebrating three members of our care team who have reached significant Long Service Award milestones, including a special first for Nexus as one of our longest-serving carers marks ten years with the company.
We also welcome the MP for Tamworth to our new hub in Shenstone, where she heard first-hand about our plans to support carers and the launch of our new CQC-regulated nursing service.
There's some personal news too, as I've been officially elected to the Executive Committee of the Royal Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce, a role I'm looking forward to taking on for the benefit of Nexus and the wider local community.
I've also written a piece explaining why we've chosen to build a genuine care pathway rather than a series of separate services and what our new nurse-led complex care offering means for the families we support.
Finally, we look at how we support people living with early-stage dementia to remain safely and confidently at home.
