Our Directors recently welcomed Sarah Edwards MP to the company’s new hub in the heart of Shenstone, giving the Tamworth MP a tour of our new offices at Seneste House.
During her visit, the passionate local MP sat down with Tinga Umera, Samuel Court and John Court to discuss the care needs of the communities around Shenstone, including Fradley, Stonall and Little Aston.
It was a great opportunity for us to share the work we do across the region with Sarah, including our pioneering steps to support carers and ensure that a career in care is rewarding for all.
The visit also gave us the chance to share some exciting news with Sarah about the launch of our new CQC-regulated Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) service.
Tinga Umera, our Managing Director at Nexus Care Services, said: “It was fantastic to welcome Sarah to our new hub in Shenstone and to share the work we do supporting people across the community.
“As a local, independent care provider, it means a great deal to have the support of our MP and to be able to talk through the challenges and opportunities facing the care sector together.
“We want to thank Sarah for taking the time to visit us and for sharing her insight and knowledge of the local area. We hope to work with her again soon to improve the lives of people in Shenstone and the surrounding area.”
