The team at Nexus Care Services have put their running shoes on and completed the 8.5-mile Royal Sutton Fun Run 2026 to raise money for the Good Hope Hospital Charity.
Walking into the office with sore legs and a few blisters this week, the team are proud to have already raised £591 for the charity so far – almost double their goal!
All funds raised will go directly to the Good Hope Hospital Charity, which supports patients, families, staff and ultimately saves lives across Sutton.
Money raised can go towards new medical equipment, ward decorations for children, and helping newborns in need.
As one of Sutton Coldfield’s leading care providers, Nexus Care Services works closely with Good Hope Hospital and sees the impact the charity has on people’s lives every day.
This fun run is yet another mission the team has undertaken to raise money for Good Hope.
It follows Tinga Umera’s, Nexus’ Managing Director, recent skydiving challenge where he jumped an astounding 13,000 feet to support the beloved local hospital.
Tinga said: “This fun run is yet another challenge the team and I have taken on to raise money for an important local cause.
“Despite the fact that our legs may be slightly wobbly, we are so proud to have completed this challenge to raise even more money for Good Hope Hospital.
“The Hospital plays such a vital role in our community. We are so thankful to everybody who has donated, as it makes a real difference.”
The team at Nexus are proud to have raised a fantastic amount, but the JustGiving page is still open for donations to support Good Hope Hospital for those willing to show their support.
