Hawa recently joined a live-in care package for Nexus and the family were blown away by the quality of her care.

She has gone above and beyond to support both husband and wife, including helping them get out and about while managing their individual needs throughout her time on the package.

Kim is another of our fantastic live-in carers who consistently goes above and beyond.

She is extremely reliable, regularly supporting live-in packages for weeks at a time and continues to receive excellent feedback from both clients and families.

Nichola D and Angie are both long-standing Nexus carers, having been part of the company for many years.

Jakki is a valued member of our Tamworth and Lichfield team and is always willing to support the wider team wherever she can.

Whether it is picking up additional calls, supporting with dropped calls, covering sickness or helping with last-minute changes, Jakki is always there when needed.

She also has a fantastic eye for detail when it comes to client changes and works extremely well alongside her colleagues. Thank you, Jakki, for always being willing to help!
