We were proud to see Nexus Care Services represented at the latest West Midlands Care Association Registered Managers Network meeting.
Our Managing Director, Tinga Umera, attended as a Leadership Panel speaker, sharing practical insights on Care Quality Commission Quality outcomes and what being “well-led” really looks like in day-to-day care – not just on paper, but in practice.
As a winner of the West Midlands Care Association Excellence in Care Awards, it was a proud moment for us to showcase our values and talk openly about what high-quality, person-centred home care means to the people and families we support.
Tinga also enjoyed connecting with PASS and Skills for Care, with conversations focused on the role of technology in care and how we can continue to support and develop our teams in a meaningful way.
A big thank you to the keynote speakers, including the CQC inspectors, for sharing their insights and perspectives.
Events like this are vital for strengthening leadership across the care sector and for continuing to raise standards for everyone involved.
