Director Tinga attends Care Show at the NEC

NEC Care Show 2025

Our Director, Tinga, attended the NEC Care Show as part of UK Care Week, an event dedicated to the adult social care sector.

The event, held at the NEC in Birmingham, brought together care professionals, organisations, and innovators to discuss and shape the future of care in the UK.

UK Care Week is an event that provides a platform with industry-defining content, live product demonstrations, and interactive features to equip attendees with the skills and knowledge to improve the lives of those they care for.

Reflecting on the event, Tinga shared his experience: “The event was both engaging and informative, providing me with valuable insights from our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC). I learned a lot about current standards and best practices in the care industry.”

A notable feature of the event was the CQC Inspector Hub, where attendees could engage directly with representatives from the CQC to understand what is required to improve care ratings.

In addition to engaging with the CQC, Tinga worked alongside partners from Nourish Community, a leading digital social care records platform used by 350,000 carers daily to support 400,000 people across various care settings.

“It was a great experience to see their innovative approaches to care and to connect with others in the field,” said Tinga. “Overall, it was a rewarding day dedicated to improving the quality of care in the UK.”

UK Care Week also offered a variety of training sessions, including those held at the co-located Alzheimer’s & Dementia Show, providing attendees with opportunities to improve their skills and knowledge in specialised areas of care.
