Sophie has been with Nexus for just over six months and has become an essential part of the Tamworth & Lichfield team. With her consistent availability across a variety of hours, Sophie consistently goes above and beyond. She frequently covers both areas, sometimes within the same shift, demonstrating great flexibility and teamwork. Sophie receives excellent feedback from those she cares for, and she is well-loved by the entire team.

Angie has been with Nexus for nearly five years, witnessing our growth and playing a key role in that success. She has established strong relationships with her regular clients, offering them the stability and care they need. Even after relocating further afield, Angie continues to provide daily support to her clients, remaining a reliable and professional member of our team. Angie is kind, caring, and an outstanding carer for Nexus. Additionally, she assists the Nexus Events team with transportation, furthering her contributions to Nexus, and is highly regarded by the ladies she supports.

Paul joined Nexus in October 2024 and has quickly increased his availability to support the team, often starting early and working long days to assist his regular clients and build strong relationships. Paul is fantastic at mentoring new carers, offering support, advice, and knowledge. On one occasion, when a colleague had trouble with a jammed key safe, Paul immediately came over on his day off to help, showing his commitment to the team and clients. He didn’t have to do this, but he did so out of a genuine desire to support everyone.
