Nexus’ Finance Manager named one of the Top 30 in the care industry

Leading home care provider Nexus Care Services is celebrating the success of Elizabeth, who has been named in the ‘Thirty under 30’ awards, hosted annually by the Care Show.

Elizabeth’s recognition in this highly respected programme highlights her integral role within Nexus as Finance Manager, where she has played a key part in ensuring the business’s financial stability and growth over recent years.

Beyond her financial expertise, Elizabeth has taken on an increasingly active role in promoting Nexus within the care industry, positioning the company as a leading family-run home care provider with a commitment to high-quality care.

“We’re incredibly proud of Elizabeth and the recognition she’s received from the Care Show’s ‘Thirty under 30’ awards,” said Tinga Umera, Managing Director of Nexus.

“Her dedication to our financial health and her passion for promoting Nexus has made a real difference to our business.

“It’s especially rewarding to see her follow in her brother Samuel’s footsteps, who was recognised with the same honour last year. This is truly a testament to the strength of our team and the family values we hold dear.”

Elizabeth’s brother, Samuel Court, who is a Director at Nexus, was part of the Class of 2023. His inclusion in the previous year’s awards demonstrates the strong leadership within Nexus and the organisation’s ongoing commitment to excellence in the care industry.

Elizabeth herself expressed gratitude for the recognition. She said, “It’s an honour to be named alongside such talented individuals in the care industry. Following Samuel’s recognition last year makes this especially meaningful for me.

“At Nexus, we’ve always strived to make a positive impact, and I’m thrilled that our efforts are being recognised in this way.

“I’m excited to continue growing both personally and professionally within this industry and to further the success of Nexus.”

The ‘Thirty under 30’ awards celebrate the achievements of the next generation of care leaders, recognising individuals who are making a meaningful impact on the sector.

Elizabeth will join fellow industry leaders at the Care Show’s award ceremony, at the NEC on 10 October, where she will celebrate the collective success and contributions of her fellow care leaders.
