Tonia steps into the role of rota Co-ordinating Manager

Tonia, who has recently served as our Training Manager, has taken on a new challenge as our Rota Co-ordinating Manager.

In her previous role, Tonia demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the intricacies of care provision.

Her new position will leverage these skills further as she oversees the coordination of care schedules, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective care.

Nicole advances to Training Team Leader

We are also delighted to announce that Nicole , our recent Care Co-ordinator, has moved into the vacant Training Team Leader post.

Nicole’s journey with us has been marked by her commitment to excellence and her passion for fostering a learning environment that empowers our care staff.

In her new role, Nicole will be responsible for leading our training programs, ensuring that our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide the highest quality of care.
