Our contracts cover 40 hours over 5 days with your rota planned 14 days in advance.
A stable salary of £26,000 per annum is paid weekly, with the opportunity for overtime.
A generous £2,000 annual car allowance.
Your working pattern will include a varied amount of morning, evening and weekend shifts to fit your lifestyle.
Basic Life Support, Medication Management, Learning Disability and Autism, In-house refreshers on medications, equipment use, stoma, catheter, and PEG car. Plus optional courses on a variety of topics.
In the form of our external partnerships with counsellors.
*Eligible candidates must be able to travel between all three of these locations
We hire talented and driven care professionals with proven experience supporting people with specialist needs.
When you work for us, you will also need to have a valid driver’s license and your own means of transport.
You must also be able to travel between Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Tamworth to support our clients in their own homes.
The rotas are planned 14 days in advance, with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
