In the past, we aimed to:

• Respond to care requests and book assessments within 48 hours
• Arrange a start date for care within seven days

However, as demand for our services has grown, so has our determination to provide the very best.

That is why this year we are aiming to:

• Responding to care requests and completing care assessments within 24 hours
• Ensuring care starts within just three to five days

As part of this drive for improvement, we hope our quicker response will support a close relationship with the NHS, hospitals and healthcare professionals to further support those we look after.

We understand that when it comes to care, every hour counts, and this improvement ensures those in need of assistance get our help without delay.
