Triple nomination at the Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards 2024
Three of our team members have received sought-after nominations for the Kaplan Apprenticeship Awards 2024.

Three nominations at the Great British Care Awards
It has also been a double treble for us, as we have been named finalists in three categories at the Great British Care Awards!
We are shortlisted for the Putting People First/Personalisation category, recognising our client-first approach to care, and for the Home Care Employer category, highlighting our supportive work culture.
Tinga has been shortlisted for Best Home Care Registered Manager, recognising his strong leadership and the positive outcomes we’ve achieved together.
Double shortlist at the Caring UK Awards
Nexus has also been named a finalist for the Caring UK Awards – for the second year running!
We are shortlisted for both the Employer of the Year and Commitment to Training and Development awards, recognising our innovative approach to supporting our team.
Elizabeth’s recognition in the ‘Thirty under 30’ Awards
We are proud to celebrate Elizabeth’s success in the Thirty under 30 awards, recognising her role as Finance Manager and her contribution to promoting us within the care industry.
Elizabeth said: “It’s an honour to be recognised, especially following in my brother Samuel’s footsteps. I’m excited to continue contributing to Nexus and our community.”
We were also nominated for the prestigious Family Business of the Year Award at the 2024 Family Business Awards, which you can read more about in the next article in this newswire.
While we didn’t come home with the victory on this occasion, being recognised as a finalist for such a prestigious award is a significant milestone for us, especially since this is our first time entering.
We are incredibly proud of this achievement and had a fantastic night despite the outcome.
These nominations reflect our commitment to excellence, development, and exceptional care. We’re immensely proud of our team whose dedication made this possible.
Thank you to everyone, this is a success we all share.
