Celebrating the achievements of Nexus Care Services at the Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards

Nexus Care Services is proud to celebrate the achievements of two of its outstanding team members, Tinga Umera and Noreen Aziz, who were recently finalists at the prestigious Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards.

Although neither Tinga nor Noreen won, their nominations are a testament to their exceptional dedication and impact in the care sector.

These awards, organised by Staffordshire County Council, highlight the commitment, competence, and best practices of individuals and organisations dedicated to the care sector.

Being shortlisted in such a competitive field shows the contributions Tinga and Noreen have made to their community and the care industry.

Tinga Umera, Managing Director of Nexus Care Services, was shortlisted for the Registered Manager Dignity Champion award.

His innovative leadership and commitment to the well-being of service users have revolutionised home care at Nexus.

Tinga has worked tirelessly to improve the lives of both clients and carers and is an outstanding role model for the Nexus team.

Noreen Aziz, nominated as Community Service Dignity Champion, exemplifies dedication and excellence in her rapid rise from entry-level carer to senior carer at Nexus Care Services.

She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients, ensuring top-tier preventative care by detecting subtle changes in their conditions.

Her commitment and personality have made her a favourite among clients and colleagues alike, showcasing the highest standards of care and compassion.
