Meet the Nexus Care team

We couldn’t get through 2023 without mentioning some of the amazing team that contribute so much to providing our clients with high quality care and helping Nexus Care grow into a reputable first-class care service provider.

First up, it’s Director, Stephen. Stephen has been part of the business in a multitude of roles throughout his career at Nexus Care Services, and now his focus is overseeing our coordinating team and making sure all our clients’ schedules run smoothly!

Introducing one of the newest members to the Nexus family, Yashira. Yashira is the Branch Manager for our Nexus Care Services Inc. She will be working on providing the Nexus Care Services excellent care to people in Florida.

Nexus Events wouldn’t run smoothly without our Events Manager, Monica. You will find Monica out in the community, as she takes our lovely clients out on day trips, coffee mornings, social afternoons and other exciting trips.

Next up, our number crunchers in the finance team. Elizabeth and Liam are the amazing team that manage all our client’s invoices and make sure we all get paid on a weekly basis!

Our Operations Managers do a fine job in making sure everything at Nexus Care ticks over. Rachael and Teresa have taken on their new roles a few months back, and are responsible for our client’s overall support and care needs alongside managing our carer’s welfare.

Meet Recruitment Manager, Susan, and our Training Manager, Tonia!

Susan has been with the business since we have opened our doors, and she is the friendly voice at the end of the line that gets your through our recruitment process and welcomes you to the Nexus family!

Tonia has been with Nexus for several years. She has worked a range of roles in her time here, and at the moment she is our very competent Training Manager.

We thank both the ladies for all their hard work and representing Nexus with so much pride.

Last but not least, it’s the girls in the Coordination team!

Samantha, Nicole and Nicole J are the superstars that look after and organise the rotas for all our clients and carers.

They have all started with Nexus Care Services this year, but they have been doing brilliantly, getting to know all our wonderful clients and carers out in the field and even going out to work some of the care calls.

We’d like to thank every single member of our brilliant team for their continued efforts that help provide first-class care and support to our clients.
