Nexus Home Care Services, which provides care to people across Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and Tamworth, has achieved a near-perfect score on Homecare.co.uk and is now just 0.1 points from the maximum of 10.
Awarded by this leading service evaluation platform, the score is based on ratings and reviews from satisfied service users or their relatives and friends.
The coveted rating considers both the quality and quantity of reviews submitted, with each review covering overall experience, care quality, treatment with dignity, staff, management and value for money.
Designed to help care seekers and service users access the highest quality home care, the platform has implemented a robust moderation process that ensures all reviews are genuine and fairly reflect the experience of each client.
Across 17 reviews, Nexus Care Services achieved a high score in November 2023, reflecting its commitment to tailored, flexible home care that meets the needs of clients and loved ones.
Reviews on the site described Nexus’ care team as “timely, friendly, kind, caring, attentive, diligent and professional”.
