Nexus Care Services leadership celebrated with multiple award nominations

Nexus Care Services is thrilled to celebrate a double accolade at two of the care industry’s leading awards ceremonies, in recognition of its exceptional leadership.

Tinga Umera, the Managing Director, has been shortlisted for the esteemed Black Achievers Awards, while Samuel Court, another senior leader, has been nominated for the prestigious Thirty Under 30 Award at the Care Show.

The Black Achievers Awards celebrate the substantial contributions of individuals of African and Caribbean heritage in various sectors, including care.

Tinga Umera’s nomination underlines his dedication to outstanding care services and inspirational role in steering Nexus Care Services to new heights.

“I am incredibly honoured by this nomination,” said Tinga Umera. “This is not just a recognition of my efforts but also an acknowledgement of the fantastic team we have built at Nexus Care Services. Everyone’s dedication to excellence is what truly makes these kinds of achievements possible.”

Meanwhile, the Thirty Under 30 Award at the Care Show recognises young leaders who are transforming the care industry through their innovative and bold approaches.

Samuel Court’s nomination is a validation of his progressive leadership style, dedication to care and the cutting-edge strategies he has introduced at Nexus Care Services.

“It’s very rewarding to be acknowledged for the work we’re doing, especially when it comes to pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the care sector,” said Samuel Court.

Both nominations highlight the collective ethos that lies at the heart of Nexus Care Services, where teamwork and shared values create a nurturing environment for both staff and clients.

“We are thrilled to see two of our leaders being acknowledged in such prestigious avenues,” said John Court, Nexus Care Service’s Founder.

“This is a proud moment for all of us at Nexus Care Services. It reinforces our commitment to delivering top-quality home care, promoting diversity, and fostering innovation.”

Tinga will find out whether he has been successful at a ceremony on 28 October 2023, while Samuel will learn whether he has been crowned a winner on 11 October at the Care Show in Birmingham.

These two accolades are the latest in a series of award titles picked up by Nexus Care Services, which include them being named finalists at the Social Care Leadership Awards, Leaders in Care Awards, Health Investor Awards and, most recently, the National Care Awards.
