Nexus’ training manager (Tonia Dcaccia) will be attending a ‘Training the Trainers’ course on Medication, Moving and Handling, Catheters, Safeguarding and First Aid.

Commenting on Nexus’ strategy to upskill Nexus staff, Business Development Director, Samuel Court said: “Firstly I would like to thank all of our carers and staff for their ongoing hard work and dedication.
“To recognise this, we are focusing on providing more opportunities for all of our staff. This includes in house NVQs and other qualifications alongside career progression opportunities including the positions of auxiliary nurses and senior carers.”
