Nexus receives fabulous feedback from clients

An NPS survey carried out to find out what clients thought of us as a care provider showed some really positive feedback. A high proportion of clients rated Nexus Care Services highly when asked for an overall score. There were also plenty of positive comments. Some of the feedback was as follows;  

“Nexus service is reliable, flexible and endeavours to meet the individual’s needs.” 

“Friendly staff who take the time to make their clients safe and happy.” 

“Care always on time and very helpful.” 

“Kindness of staff.” 

“Because they are a pleasure to look forward to in the day. Very professional. Always willing to offer their services.” 

Commenting upon the NPS survey results, Nexus Care Services, Director, Samuel Court, said:” It’s always great news when we receive feedback from our clients, and we see that our carers and others who deliver the frontline care services are doing a great job.”
