Nexus Care Services receives Good across the board from Care Quality Commission

Nexus Care Services is celebrating after being marked as Good in all categories following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) recently.

The rigorous inspection by the care sector watchdog marked the care company Good across all areas which they inspected, noting it was Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led. This led to an overall of rating of Good across the company and the services it provides as a whole.

The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England which ensures health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care.

Commenting upon the outcome of the Care Quality Inspection, Tinga Umera, the Director of Sutton-Coldfield-based Nexus Care Services, said: “We are really pleased with the outcome of the CQC inspection. It reaffirms the quality of care that we provide to our clients and reflects the ongoing hard work and commitment of our staff in everything they do on an ongoing basis.”
