Symptoms
Alzheimer’s affects the brain’s functioning and is a progressive condition, the first symptoms are often memory loss.
Other symptoms that may develop include confusion and getting lost in familiar places or difficulty making decisions.
You may also have difficulty with speech and language or problems with mobility.
As the condition progresses, you may also experience personality changes such as becoming aggressive. Other changes to personality and mood may be depression and anxiety or hallucinations.
